About this project:

Performance review season always seemed to trigger a slew of questions from staff. Questions about the process, confusion over next steps, etc. To address these concerns and provide clarity moving forward, I worked with the HR department to write and develop instructional videos outlining the performance review process for managers and their direct reports.
