About this project:

As a large portion of staff at Bell’s began working from home, there was an increasing number of requests for information regarding work from home best practices and ergonomics. In response, the Safety Manager turned to me. I developed an eLearning course that specifically addresses ergonomic concerns working at home. Rather than bullet-out a list of best practices, I included a series of questions that direct employees through an assessment of their work environment and help them identify issues on their own.
