About this project:

Leaders at Bell’s sometimes struggle with fixing their employees’ timecard issues. This causes challenges for payroll processing and can even delay payments. I worked with the Benefits Manager to create a series of short, microlearning videos that address the most common issues managers have with employee timecards. A link to the videos could be accessed on the same webpage where managers go to edit timecards, making it easy to get help when they need it most.
