About this project:

In close collaboration with leaders in Human Resources, I individually created this course as a part of an updated leadership training curriculum. There were a lot of nuanced policies and procedures to navigate with this course, however, after several meetings with the HR team, we were able to refine and transform the information into a simplified step-by-step process. The course reinforces key concepts through a series of realistic workplace scenarios, allowing learners to apply knowledge in context and strengthen retention through active, experiential learning.
