About this project:
Due to COVID-19, Bell’s Brewery transitioned all in-person onboarding sessions to a digital format. I was part of the team leading this initiative. Benefits and Wellness was the first training converted. I designed the course to meet the needs of both beginners and experienced employees. It offers a comprehensive overview of Bell’s benefits and wellness plans, including a helpful FAQ, health insurance basics, and commonly used terminology.
During enrollment periods, Benefits consistently receives questions from new hires who are unfamiliar with how health insurance works. To address this, I authored an introductory section that explains core insurance concepts in simple terms. For more experienced learners, a skip button allows them to bypass this section and dive directly into the specifics of Bell’s offerings—ensuring a streamlined, personalized learning experience for all users.
