About this project:

I received a difficult ask to develop training on a series of seemingly disparate general safety topics. As I analyzed the topics, I began to uncover meaningful connections and saw an opportunity to weave them into a cohesive story. I proposed a narrative-driven approach to the vendor developing the course. Instead of presenting each topic in isolation, I created a “day in the life” story that follows a technician through a typical workday, naturally introducing each safety concept within real-world context. I conducted several interviews with technicians to provide the details needed for an authentic experience. I also collaborated closely with the vendor to bring the vision to life, leading decisions on art direction to ensure the visuals aligned with the story and audience. I proofread and edited the script to maintain clarity, consistency, and instructional impact throughout the course.
