About this project:

I worked as a contractor on a team of instructional designers at Maestro Learning for the Royal Caribbean Cruises client project. I was responsible for transforming dense, first aid content from various text books into clear, concise instructional copy tailored for lifeguard training. Focusing on essential actions for various injuries, I rewrote the material to be easily understood and quickly retained for high-pressure situations. In addition to writing and simplifying the content, I directed interaction design—ensuring the training was not only informative but also intuitive and engaging, with interactions that reinforced key procedures and decision-making skills.
