About this project:

Due to COVID-19, Bell’s Brewery decided to transition all in-person onboarding sessions to eLearning. I was one of the individuals in charge of converting this in-person training to eLearning. Benefits and Wellness was the first training that I worked on. This course provides an overview of Bell’s Brewery’s benefits and wellness plans.

Around enrollment time, there’s a pretty consistent stream of questions from employees who don’t fully understand health insurance, especially new-hires.

To resolve this issue, I decided to include a section at the very beginning of the eLearning that provides an overview of health insurance types and terminology. Learners who already know this information can simply click a button at the top to skip over the section and jump right into the benefits and wellness plans.
