About this project:

As more Bell’s Brewery employees transitioned to remote work during Covid-19, requests for guidance on work-from-home best practices and ergonomics increased. In response, the Safety Manager asked me to design a targeted eLearning course. I developed and wrote an interactive learning experience focused on home-office ergonomics. Rather than simply listing best practices, the course guides learners through a series of reflective questions that help them assess their own workspace and identify potential issues. This approach promotes self-awareness, encourages behavior change, and enhances learner engagement through a more personalized experience.
