About this project:

Leaders at Bell’s often struggle with fixing their direct reports’ timecard issues. This causes challenges for payroll processing and, worst case scenario, can delay payments. I worked closely with the Benefits Manager to write and create a series of short videos that address common timecard issues. I advocated to add a link to the tutorials on the webpage where managers edit timecards, providing in-workflow support.
